Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns for any products purchased from our website.

However, exchange is available only in the following condition:

  • The product received is physically damaged during transit.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear unboxing video and product damage images must be shared.
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement product.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchange will not be accepted for:

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or photography
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect order placed by customer
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier service
  • Used or damaged products after delivery

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Only replacement/exchange for transit-damaged products is allowed after verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
